This is the Usui Reiki Level 1 self study part of the course, which must be completed before the days practical training. A full day of practical training, along with your attunement is included within this course. Level 1 Usui Reiki Training is all about opening your chakra's up to becoming more sensitive to to working with energy. You will learn how to give Reiki to yourself, which is an amazing skill to have to support you in life. Plus you will also learn how to give a basic treatment to family and friends as well as other uses for this wonderful energy. After the training day I encourage a 21days self healing journey. I will talk all about this during the training, but this is helpful in allowing you to understand and connect with the energy more. As part of all my Reiki Training we all jump on a zoom call 1 month after training to allow me to answer any questions that have come up for you, as well as me giving and sending you distance healing. You can then choose to join the monthly Reiki share online or in person on a monthly basis to continue to receive my guidance. Plus you are all invited to a private Facebook group for reiki lovers (Reiki Circle) Over the training you will learn: * What is Reiki? * Reiki Principles. * History of Usui Reiki * Uses of Reiki * Protecting your energy. * Receive an attunement. * Japanese techniques. * Three Pillars of Reiki * Learning Reiki to use for self healing, family and friends.
