Updated information:

Close contact services have now been allowed to return to work, with some restrictions in place.

From the 12th April 2021:

As we continue to adapt to the ever changing impact of COVID-19, I am continuing to keep up to date with the government guidelines, my insurance and any governing bodies, on managing and maintaining health and safety measures to keep both you, I and my family safe.

Remote Hypnotherapy session are recommended wherever possible HOWEVER if you feel this is not an option for you I can now offer face to face treatments following the guidelines listed below, in line with government guidelines. Although these session will resume, this may not be the best option for you. Therapeutic considerations, as well as your own health and safety risks should be factored in to your decision-making for face to face sessions. We will both be expected to comply keeping to the 2m rule for distancing.

Reflexology treatments may resume but just on the feet and sessions will be reduced to 45-60mins max, as pre-treatment and post treatment discussions will take place via telephone calls / email / messages.

Reiki treatments will also resume, again shorter sessions to 45- 60mins max, as pre-treatment and post treatment discussions will take place via telephone calls / email / messages. Also you will be asked to lay on your side facing away from me and I will work behind you, instead of in front of your body.

By consenting to face to face sessions you understand that by coming to my treatment room, you are assuming risk of exposure to the Covid-19. A Covid-19 pre-treatment questionnaire must be completed before any treatment. (This can be completed via the link button above.
