Level 1 Usui Reiki introduces you to various techniques for self-healing, enabling you to harmonise and balance your own energy centres, release stress, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation.

You will discover how to activate your intuitive abilities and develop a heightened sense of self-awareness, allowing you to identify and address energetic blockages that may be hindering your personal growth.

By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the tools and techniques to conduct Reiki healing sessions on yourself, friends and family, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

This is an in-person course based in Oulton, Leeds.

Deepen your connection... Level 2 Training

Level 2 Usui Reiki takes you further along your transformative journey, deepening your connection to the universal life force energy.

 

Building upon the foundation of Level 1, this course will empower you to expand your healing abilities and explore advanced techniques allowing you to conduct distance healing sessions for other people.

It delves into the emotional and mental aspects of healing, enabling you to address deeply rooted issues, create free-flowing energy and facilitate profound transformation in yourself and others. Through this training, you will unlock the potential to bring healing and harmony to not only individuals but also situations, relationships, and even past traumas. You also have the opportunity to develop your own Reiki healing work with clients, enabling you to connect and help more with others.

 

By the end of this course, you will have opened up new dimensions of healing, expanding your capacity to create positive change and deepening your connection to the universal healing energy.
